Excellent information Markos! Mpravo!

Sometime during the summer and after feeling bored for a while, I contacted one of the leads of the AMD64 arch test team to find out what I can do to become one arch tester. He sent me information, however the time passed and never actually did something more. I wish I had more time to help with that.

Good luck!

Very neat way to run a stable machine essentially inside of a testing-branch machine. I just wanted to let you know that there is one very slight typo I noticed. Right near the end of your post, you have:

mount -o bind /usr/portage /mn/gentoo/usr/portage

and it is missing the t in mnt:

mount -o bind /usr/portage /mnt/gentoo/usr/portage

I would assume, but I have been wrong before (many times). :p

Thanks again for the nice write-up.
